Abstract:
Provided is a vibration device such that the reliability of an electrical connection can be improved and the reliability of a bond between a terminal and a vibration plate can be improved without leading to structure complexity. The vibration device 1 comprises: a first vibration plate 6 that has a long direction and has a first end 6a on one end in the long direction and a second end 6b on the other end; a first piezoelectric element 11 that is provided on the first vibration plate 6; first conductive wiring 13 that is joined to the first piezoelectric element 11 in the long direction more to the first end 6a side than the center of the first vibration plate 6; a first fixing member 17 that is connected to the first conductive wiring 13; and a case member 4 to which the first fixing member 17 is fixed. The second end 6b is a free end and the first conductive wiring 13 has a curved section.
