Abstract:
A vibration type micro injection device capable of ensuring smooth piercing with improved accuracy and efficiency when membranes having different natures such as a pellucid zone including a fertilized egg, a cell membrane and nuclear membrane are to be pierced. A vibration type micro injection device comprises a vibrator (28) connected in series with a micro pipette (8) and having a housing to which a piezoelectric actuator (29) is mounted, and a signal regulator (21) for regulating an electric signal applied to the piezoelectric actuator (29), wherein vibration is applied in the axial direction of the micro pipette (8) via the vibrator (28) having a housing by inputting an electric signal to the piezoelectric actuator (29). Therefore, it is possible to ensure smooth piercing with improved accuracy and efficiency when membranes having different natures such as a pellucid zone including a fertilized egg, a cell membrane and nuclear membrane are to be pierced.
