Abstract:
A video delivery system, in which operations from a port forward function setting of a router (3) to a demand for assignment of a sub-domain name in a DDNS server (7) are automatically performed when a network camera (1) is connected, so that the connection from a mobile telephone (8) to the network camera (1) with a domain name can be made. When the connection is made from the mobile telephone (8) to the network camera, the terminal identification information of the mobile telephone (8) to be used is automatically acquired and authenticated so that the connection using another terminal cannot be made to realize a high security.
