Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a video generation device that displays the state of the surroundings of a water-borne moving body, in an easy-to-see natural layout. [Solution] A position acquisition device that obtains position information indicating the position of a water-borne moving body having an imaging device arranged thereupon. An orientation acquisition device obtains orientation information indicating the orientation of the water-borne moving body. An additional display information acquisition unit obtains additional display information including information indicating the position of a plurality of points. A display data generation unit generates three-dimensional display data for superimposed display of at least some of a figure indicating the additional display information, so as to place the figure on the water surface of a video output by the imaging device, on the basis the position information, the orientation information, and the positions of a plurality of points included in the additional display information obtained by the additional display information acquisition unit. The display output unit outputs the figure having the three-dimensional display data drawn therein.
