Abstract:
[Problem] To be able to confirm the state of the surroundings of a water-borne moving body, even for directions that differ from the direction in which an imaging device captures images. [Solution] An imaging video input unit that inputs videos captured by an imaging device arranged on a water-borne moving body. A position acquisition unit obtains position information indicating the position of the water-borne moving body. An orientation acquisition device obtains orientation information indicating the orientation of the water-borne moving body. An additional display information acquisition device obtains additional display information including information indicating the position of at least one point. A composite video generation unit: generates a composite video that synthesizes, into the captured video, a figure showing drawing of a three-dimensional virtual reality object indicating the additional display information, on the basis of the position information, the orientation information, and the additional display information; and, when the captured video is arranged in only part of the composite video, can arrange the figure straddled across the boundary of the captured video.
