Abstract:
[Problem] To appropriately issue notifications of accident cases that have occurred at a plurality of sites, in real-time, to another site in which similar work is being performed in the same time span. [Solution] A video management device 100a is provided with: an anomaly video registering unit 135 for registering in an anomaly video database 125, in association with first work site information relating to safety at each of a plurality of first work sites, a plurality of sets of anomaly video data captured at the time an anomaly occurred at each of the plurality of first work sites, in response to the acquisition of each of a plurality of items of anomaly occurrence information each indicating that an anomaly has occurred at the plurality of first work sites; a notification processing unit 137 for notifying a second terminal associated with a second work site of information relating to the fact that the plurality of sets of anomaly video data have been registered; and a video distribution processing unit 139 for distributing, to the second terminal, the anomaly video data associated with the second work site, from among the plurality of sets of anomaly video data, in response to a request from the second terminal.
