Abstract:
A feature value acquisition unit (22) acquires, from video information which includes video data which is configured from a plurality of frames, a feature value which denotes the video information. A play interval determination unit (23) determines, on the basis of the feature value, play intervals within the video information which may be played as a video digest, and interstitial intervals within the video information which are intervals other than the play intervals. A play interval adjustment unit (24) determines, from the play intervals and the interstitial intervals, on the basis of the feature value, adjusted play intervals which will be played as the video digest. A play processing unit (27) plays the adjusted play intervals.
