Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a video processing method and apparatus, an electronic device, a storage medium, a computer program and a computer program product, the method comprising: determining a target frame in a video to be processed; and determining, according to at least two preset macro block sizes, a plurality of first energy diagrams corresponding to the target frame, wherein each first energy diagram comprises the alternating current (AC) energy of a plurality of same-sized first macro blocks, and each first macro block is obtained by segmenting the target frame by means of a corresponding macro block size. In some embodiments, a first energy spectrum used for representing energy distribution in the target frame is determined according to the first energy diagrams, an adaptive quantization parameter of the target frame is determined according to the first energy spectrum, and the target frame is encoded by means of the adaptive quantization parameter. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the AC energy of each part of a target frame is determined on the basis of the sizes of a plurality of macro blocks, an energy spectrum is determined according to the AC energy obtained by segmenting the target frame according to the sizes of the different macro blocks, and a corresponding adaptive quantization parameter is generated. The present invention may adapt to video encoding scenarios having large resolution changes.
