Abstract:
The present application provides a harmonic suppression circuit, a power amplifier module, a communication device, and a communication system. The harmonic suppression circuit suitable for a 5G-NR radio frequency power amplifier comprises a first resonator and a second resonator connected in parallel; the first resonator comprises a first inductor and a first capacitor connected in series; the second resonator comprises a second inductor and a second capacitor connected in series; the harmonic suppression circuit operates at a first frequency; at least one of the first resonator and the second resonator is resonant at the first frequency; the first resonator and the second resonator connected in parallel at a first preset integer multiple of the first frequency.
