Abstract:
A processor (201) of a video processing system (20), which processes video frames (Fm) acquired from an infrastructure camera (10) via a network (NW), is configured to execute acquisition of each video frame (Fm) in a time series order, identification of a video frame (Fm) having an acquisition interval (Tr) that has extended outside an allowable delay range (Ra) as a delayed frame (Fd) that has delayed more than a video frame (Fm) acquired at a normal interval (Ti), addition of delay information (Id) to said delayed frame (Fd), and output of video data (Dm) on the time series of video frames (Fm) containing the delayed frame (Fd) to which the delay information (Id) has been added.
