Abstract:
A black line insertion unit (3) inserts gradation lines, which have a fixed gradation color and a thickness of a fixed number of pixels, in a video of a fixed number of frames at fixed intervals in the row or column direction of the video. Furthermore, the black line insertion unit (3) inserts, in the next video of a fixed number of frames, gradation lines at positions corresponding to positions where lines have not been inserted in the video of a fixed number of frames.
