Disclosed are a video stream processing method based on a deep learning-based central object, and a system therefor. According to an aspect of the present invention, the video stream processing method based on a deep learning-based central object comprises the steps of: a system determining a central object; the system segmenting, on the basis of the central object, a video into a plurality of shots; and the system generating, on the basis of image captioning, shot text corresponding to the segmented shots.
