Title:
VIRUS VECTOR-PRODUCING CELLS AND VECTOR PRODUCTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/092090
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides cells having the ability to produce virus vectors in which nucleic acids for coding toxins are included, the cells comprising an anti-toxin expression cassette and being characterised in that the expression cassette comprises an expression control region having a sequence corresponding to a transcriptional activator binding region, and a nucleic acid that codes anti-toxins that can be readily connected to the expression control region. Also provided are: a production method which uses the cells and which is for producing virus vectors in which nucleic acids for coding toxins are included; a production method for the cells; and cells that are used in the present invention and that comprise the anti-toxin expression cassette on a chromosome.
