Abstract:
Provided are a viscoelasticity measurement method and a viscoelasticity measurement device that reduce the number of measurement points and also facilitate device design. The viscoelasticity measurement method includes: immersing an oscillator (3) in a measurement liquid (2); outputting a drive signal for driving the oscillator at its resonance frequency in air (f00); detecting the oscillation of the oscillator using a detection sensor (33); and measuring a signal phase delay (Δ), with respect to the drive signal, of the sensor output signal of the detection sensor.
