Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tactile presentation panel that presents a tactile sensation to a user by means of a tactile presentation knob which has a conductive member and which is placed on the operating surface of the tactile presentation panel. The tactile presentation panel is provided with: a movement amount calculation circuit which calculates an amount of movement of the tactile presentation knob from the current coordinates of the tactile presentation knob on the tactile presentation panel and previous coordinates of the tactile presentation knob; a tactile strength calculation circuit which calculates a tactile strength to be presented to a user, on the basis of said amount of movement; and a tactile presentation circuit which sets a voltage signal waveform on the basis of the tactile strength. Said amount of movement corresponds to the rotation angle and/or the rotation speed of the tactile presentation knob.
