Abstract:
The present invention enables a voice coming from a prescribed direction to be collected well using an omnidirectional microphone. A voice signal obtained by collecting sound using an omnidirectional microphone is converted into a unidirectional voice signal by a voice signal conversion unit. The voice signal conversion unit is, for example, configured from a deep neural network. In this case, the deep neural network is, for example, trained so as to minimize the difference between an acoustic feature extracted from the voice signal converted by the deep neural network and an acoustic feature extracted from a unidirectional voice signal obtained by collecting sound using a unidirectional microphone.
