Abstract:
Disclosed is a voice translation method and apparatus. The method comprises the following steps: a main control module obtains a key from an encryption module after receiving voice information to be translated; the main control module sends the voice information and the key to an offline translation module; the offline translation module verifies the key; and when the key verification succeeds, the offline translation module translates the voice information by using a translation package. According to the present voice translation method, the encryption module is provided for storing the key; when offline translation is required, the key is obtained from the encryption module by the main control module and verified by the offline translation module, and the translation is performed by the offline translation module only when the key verification succeeds; and therefore, the problem that the translation package is copied and stolen is avoided, the security of translation data is increased, the core assets of a translation company are protected, and the economic loss is reduced.
