Abstract:
A fault processing method and a voltage converter. A voltage converter (110) comprising control circuits (111, 300) and N phases (112, 113, 114). The control circuits (111, 300) control N switches (115, 116, 117) of the N phases (112, 113, 114) so that the switches output N electrical pulses in a first period, wherein the first period is composed of N continuous sub-periods, each sub-period of the N continuous sub-periods has a duration T1/N, and N starting times of the N electrical pulses are respectively N starting times of the N continuous sub-periods. The control circuits (111, 300) determine that the first phase (112) has a fault. Furthermore, the control circuits (111, 300) control N-1 switches (116, 117) of N-1 phases (113, 114) in the N phases (112, 113, 114) apart from the first phase (112) so that the switches output N-1 electrical pulses in a second period, wherein the second period is composed of N-1 continuous sub-periods, each sub-period of the N-1 continuous sub-periods has a duration T2/(N-1), and N-1 starting times of the N-1 electrical pulses are respectively N-1 starting times of the N-1 continuous sub-periods.
