Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a voltage generation circuit is provided with: a charge pump circuit 20, which increases a voltage to be inputted to a first node, and outputs a first signal VX2 to a second node; an operation amplifier 37 that outputs a second signal REGL to a third node by receiving a first reference voltage VREF1, and a first voltage obtained by dividing the voltage of the second node; a first transistor 90 wherein the gate is connected to the third node, one end is connected to a power supply, and the other end is connected to the first node; logical circuits 30 and 60, which detect the voltage of the second node, and output a third signal; and a charge up circuit 40, which receives the third signal, and performs charging of the voltage of the third node.
