Abstract:
Disclosed are a volute assembly (1) and an induced draught fan using same. The volute assembly comprises a volute (10) and a cover plate (11) installed at the bottom of the volute, wherein an inner cavity (12) capable of installing a wind wheel is enclosed by the volute and the cover plate, an air inlet (111) is provided in the cover plate, an exhaust pipeline (13) extends out of a side face of the volute, an air outlet (130) is formed in the end of the exhaust pipeline, the exhaust pipeline comprises a connecting section (131), a diffusion section (132), and an installation section (133), one end of the connecting section is connected to the volute, the other end of the connecting section is connected to the installation section by means of the diffusion section, the air outlet is provided in the end of the installation section, and the inner diameter D1 of the diffusion section gradually increases from the connecting section to the installation section. The volute injection molding difficulty and injection molding cost are reduced, the service life of a volute mold is prolonged, and noise is reduced without changing the size of the air outlet.
