Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a wall-mounted type medical aspirator that makes it possible to easily take out an accommodation bag which accommodates waste liquid, that does not have a complicated structure, and that includes a relatively small number of components; and a canister that is used for the same. [Solution] A canister for a wall-mounted type medical aspirator according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a canister body that contains, in a horizontally detachable manner, an accommodation bag which accommodates waste liquid, and a lid that is provided on an opening on a side surface of the canister body and that can be horizontally opened and closed, wherein: the canister body includes a canister exhaust member which is provided on the upper surface of the canister body and which discharges air from inside the canister, and a nozzle through hole which is provided on the front surface of the canister body and which fits with a nozzle provided to the accommodation bag; the inside of the canister body is kept at negative pressure when waste liquid is sucked; and opening the lid makes it possible for the accommodation bag to be horizontally attached to and detached from the canister body.
