Abstract:
A warehouse entering/leaving apparatus of a hanging warehouse line, relating to the technical field of garment hanging. The present invention comprises a vehicle warehouse entering device and a vehicle warehouse leaving device; the vehicle warehouse entering device comprises a hoisting machine, a sliding rail connected to the hoisting machine, a truss manipulator provided between the sliding rail and the warehouse line, and a distribution device provided on the other side of the warehouse line; and the vehicle warehouse leaving device comprises a warehouse leaving rail provided on one side of the warehouse line, a push bar wheel disc provided on one side of the warehouse leaving rail, a vehicle lifting mechanism provided below the warehouse line and at an inlet end of the warehouse leaving rail, and a stabilizing block provided on the upstream side of the vehicle lifting mechanism. The warehouse leaving rail has a circular arc structure provided in the circumferential direction of the push bar wheel disc, and a limit slot for accommodating the warehouse line is provided on the stabilizing block. According to the present invention, the requirements of clothes hanger transfer of multiple layers of warehouse lines can be effectively satisfied, warehousing entering and distribution actions are efficient, and a warehouse leaving process is stable and smooth, so as to improve the working efficiency of the whole garment hanging system.
