Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a route acquisition unit (210) which acquires movement route information indicating a movement route of a vehicle; a route determination unit (240) which determines whether the movement route is an accustomed travel route; a state acquisition unit (160) which, in cases when the movement route is determined to be an accustomed travel route, acquires a past travel state of the movement route and a present travel state of the movement route; and a warning determination unit (170) which, on the basis of the past travel state of the movement route and the present travel state of the movement route, determines whether notification of a warning related to an event associated with the movement route is to be issued.
