Abstract:
A waste heat recovery and utilization apparatus for a rapid cooling zone of a ceramic production
line furnace comprises a heat exhaust duct (3) arranged on an upper portion of
the furnace in the rapid cooling zone and communicated with the chamber of the
furnace, and a cushion barrier zone (7, 8) arranged between the upper portion of
the furnace and the communicated heat exhaust duct, and including an upper barrier
(7) and a lower barrier (8), both with heat gas throughholes (9) thereon. A waste
heat recovery and utilization method comprises: arranging a cushion barrier
zone on the top portion of the furnace chamber in the rapid cooling zone, extracting
and transporting the heat within the cushion zone to an interior chamber of a spray
drying tower in the ceramic production line, so that no additional heat resource
is necessary for the drying tower.
