Abstract:
Provided are a water content specifying device and the like that make it possible to specify a soil water content, even for timing that is different from measurement timing. A water content specifying device 101 that has: a measurement unit 102 that measures a soil water content that represents the amount of water included in soil; and a creation unit 103 that, by performing processing on water content information that represents the soil water content as measured at measurement timing, the processing being performed in accordance with first model information that represents the relationship between water content information for a plurality of timings, creates water content information for timing that is different from the measurement timing.
