Abstract:
A water-cooling head for use in a computer and a server, comprising a heat absorbing assembly for absorbing heat, a water pump main body configured to control the operation of a water pump, and a water pump housing cover for protecting the water pump main body, wherein the heat absorbing assembly, the water pump main body and the water pump housing cover are successively tightly connected from bottom to top; the water pump main body comprises a water tank configured to store a coolant, an impeller (7) assembly configured to control the movement of the coolant in and out, a stator coil (12) configured to control the rotation of an impeller, and a driving plate (13) configured to control the stator coil (12); the water tank is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet; and the inside of the water tank and the heat absorbing assembly are in closed connection to form a coolant circulating cavity.
