Abstract:
A water detection method and apparatus, and an unmanned aerial vehicle (10). The detection method comprises: controlling an unmanned aerial vehicle (10) to generate an airflow, the airflow being used to generate water ripples (101); acquiring an image of an area onto which the unmanned aerial vehicle (10) is to land (102); and determining whether more than a preset number of light spots exist in the image, if so, determining that water exists in said area (103). The light spot is an area of which the brightness is higher than the brightness of the surrounding preset area thereof. The method controls an unmanned aerial vehicle (10) to generate an airflow, so as to generate ripples on an area, containing water, onto which the unmanned aerial vehicle (10) is to land, and then determines, by determining whether more than a preset number of light spots exist in an image of said area, whether said area contains water, thereby reducing the damage caused by the unmanned aerial vehicle (10) mistakenly landing on water.,
