Abstract:
This blocked isocyanate is a polyisocyanate compound in which the isocyanate groups have been blocked with one or more blocking agents including a first blocking agent, which is represented by general formula (1). At least some of the first blocking agent has been neutralized with an acid. (In the formula, R1 to R5 each represent a hydrocarbon group having 1-12 carbon atoms or a hydrogen atom. R1 and R3 may be bonded to each other to form a heterocycle. R4 and R1 may be bonded to each other to form a heterocycle, and R5 and R3 may be bonded to each other to form a heterocycle.)
