Abstract:
Provided is a water- and oil-repelling agent composition from which an article having excellent water repellency and durability can be obtained. The water- and oil- repelling agent composition comprises a fluorine-containing polymer having: a unit based on a fluorine-containing olefin represented by formula (1): CH2=CH-Rf (Rf is a perfluoroalkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms); a unit based on a vinyl carboxylate (b1) having an alkyl group having at least 12 carbon atoms; and a unit based on a vinyl carboxylate (b2) having an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, wherein, with respect to all the units constituting the fluorine-containing polymer, the ratio of the unit based on the fluorine-containing olefin is 20-35 mol%, the ratio of the unit based on the vinyl carboxylate (b1) is 30-70 mol%, and the ratio of the unit based on the vinyl carboxylate (b2) is 5-50 mol%.
