Abstract:
A water-stopping device 1 is a member that can be used to prevent water flooding, that can be placed in a folded state during storage and transfer, and that can be opened when used. The water-stopping device 1 comprises, for example, an installation member 3 which is installed mainly to an installation surface, and an upright member 5 which can be opened/closed with respect to the installation member 3 via a hinge 7. Provided at one end part side of the installation member 3 in the width direction is an installation member linking part 9a which is a first installation member linking part. Provided to the other end part side of the installation member 3 in the width direction is an installation member linking part 9b which is a second installation member linking part. Provided to one end part side of the upright member 5 in the width direction is an upright member linking part 11a which is a first upright member linking part. Provided to the end part side of the upright member 5 in the width direction is an upright member linking part 11b which is a second upright member linking part.
