Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to realize a water treatment device that, while performing a reverse osmosis treatment, is capable of supplying reverse osmosis dissolved-hydrogen water as needed to a device which uses reverse osmosis dissolved-hydrogen water produced by dissolving hydrogen at a high concentration, and that is capable of suppressing, to a minimum, a reduction in the concentration of dissolved hydrogen in the reverse osmosis dissolved-hydrogen water that occurs along with hydrogen degassing. [Solution] A water treatment device (10) comprises a raw water supply unit (20), a hydrogen dissolution device (30), a reverse osmosis membrane treatment device (40), an RO tank (44) which is capable of storing reverse osmosis dissolved-hydrogen water (5), and a circulation flow path (50) through which the reverse osmosis dissolved-hydrogen water (5) can circulate. The circulation flow path (50) is connected to an external device that operates using the reverse osmosis dissolved-hydrogen water (5). A control device (200) produces reverse osmosis dissolved-hydrogen water (5) equivalent to a target water production amount X that is defined on the basis of a planned water consumption amount Q of the reverse osmosis dissolved-hydrogen water (5), which is the amount assumed to be consumed in the external device (150) during operation.
