Abstract:
In an image acquiring system including a spatial light modulator to shape wavefronts exiting from a light source 101 and proceeding toward a sample, a wavefront propagation medium 103 to propagate the wavefronts from the sample and to cause a wavefront corresponding to an angle of the plane wave entering the medium to exit therefrom, a detector 104 to observe the wavefronts from the medium, and a wavefront calculator 105 to perform a calculation for reconstructing, by using an observed wavefront observed by the detector, a sample wavefront exiting from the sample and proceeding toward the medium. The wavefront calculator provides an objective function containing a data fidelity term on an error between the observed wavefront and an estimate of the observed wavefront and a regularization term on an amplitude of an estimate of the sample wavefront and reconstructs the sample wavefront by minimizing the objective function.
