Abstract:
A waveguide converter according to the present invention comprises a first substrate, a signal conductor, a first grounding conductor, a first frame body, a second grounding conductor, and a first lid body. The first substrate has a first upper surface including a first region and a second region extending from the first region. The signal conductor comprises a conversion unit positioned in the first region, and a track part connected to the conversion unit and positioned extending from the first region to the second region. The first grounding conductor is positioned in the second region so as to sandwich the track section in a plan view. The first frame body has a second upper surface and an inner surface that connects with the second upper surface. The first frame body is positioned on the first upper surface so as to surround at least a portion of the second region and the first region in a plan view. The second grounding conductor is positioned on the second upper surface. The first lid body is positioned on the second upper surface so as to cover the first region in a plan view.
