The present invention addresses the problem of providing a wavelength conversion film that controls a light emission waveform and has an excellent quantum yield, a wavelength conversion device equipped with the wavelength conversion film, a light-emitting member, an authentication device, a wristband-type electronic device, and a biometric device.　This wavelength conversion film contains a luminescent dye and is characterized in that, in absorption and emission spectrums, the spectrums are standardized such that an absorption band having the maximum absorption wavelength of maximum intensity and an emission band having the maximum emission wavelength of maximum intensity have the same intensity, and formula (1) is satisfied, wherein ε is defined as the molar extinction coefficient at the intersection of where the standardized absorption band and emission band overlap in the spectrums, and C (mol) is defined as the content of the luminescent dye per 1 cm2 of film area.　Formula (1): 1.0 × 10-3 ≤ ε × C
