Title:
WAVELENGTH CONVERSION MEMBER, LIGHT SOURCE, FLUORESCENT BODY PARTICLES, AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR WAVELENGTH CONVERSION MEMBER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/065194
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a wavelength conversion member which has superior heat dissipation properties. The wavelength conversion member (100) according to the present disclosure includes a matrix (21) and fluorescent body particles (22) each having a surface layer. The surface layer is a portion from which information about the composition is obtained in energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy of the fluorescent body particles (22) at an acceleration voltage of 10.0 kV. The wavelength conversion member (100) satisfies at least one requirement selected from the group consisting of: (a) the fluorescent body particles (22) contain a nitride or an acid nitride as a main component, and the molar ratio of oxygen atoms to all atoms in the surface layer is 20.0% or more; and (b) the fluorescent body particles (22) contain aluminum, and the molar ratio of aluminum atoms to all atoms in the surface layer is lower than the molar ratio of aluminum atoms to all atoms in the fluorescent body particles (22).
