Abstract:
A wavelet analysis-based remote electrocardiogram monitoring and warning system and method. The system comprises a wireless electrocardiogram signal acquisition device (11), a mobile terminal (12), and a cloud storage platform (13). The wireless electrocardiogram signal acquisition device (11) is worn in front of a chest of a user, and configured to acquire an electrocardiogram signal in real-time and transmit the electrocardiogram signal to the mobile terminal (12). The mobile terminal (12) analyzes and processes the received electrocardiogram signal by using a wavelet analysis algorithm, and uploads the processed electrocardiogram signal to the cloud storage platform (13). The cloud storage platform (13) is configured to store personal information of the user and a waveform characteristic of the electrocardiogram signal obtained from the electrocardiogram signal analysis. The remote electrocardiogram monitoring and warning system addresses the problem in conventional electrocardiogram signal acquisition systems, and monitoring and warning pertaining a cardiac signal is performed at all times and places by employing the remote electrocardiogram monitoring and warning system based on the wavelet analysis and Bluetooth low energy technique.
