Abstract:
Disclosed is a wear-resistant carbon brush material for a bucket-wheel excavator, characterized by being made from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of diisopropyl bis(triethanolamine)titanate modified graphene oxide, 40-60 parts of graphite powder, 10-20 parts of Nb-Y-Sr-Cu, 1-3 parts of Cu-Sb-S nanocrystal, 0.2-0.5 parts of N-trimethoxysilylpropyl-N,N,N-trimethyl ammonium chloride, 8-12 parts of hyperbranched polyurethane, 1-3 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan, and 3-6 parts of nitrogen, fluorine and boron co-doped and carbon-coated diamond. Further disclosed is a method for preparing the wear-resistant carbon brush material for a bucket-wheel excavator. The wear-resistant carbon brush material for a bucket-wheel excavator has good wear resistance, high electrical conductivity, and low production costs, and can effectively reduce sparks in the operation of the carbon brush, thereby prolonging the service life of the carbon brush material.
