A wearable device comprises: a sensor array including a plurality of sensors each for sensing a physical change in the skin of a corresponding body region; and a body motion determination unit for determining a motion of a body part on the basis of sensing signals received from the plurality of sensors, and determining whether the determined motion of the body part corresponds to at least one of following action states derivable from a current action state.
