Provided are a website analyzing and identifying method and device. The website analyzing method comprises: extracting characteristics of a query word, and characteristics of a search result URL contained in a result page corresponding to the query word; determining whether a corresponding relationship between the query word and the search result URL is established according to the characteristics of the query word and/or the search result URL; if the corresponding relationship is established, and when the corresponding search result URL in the corresponding relationship matches a preset condition, determining whether to retain the corresponding relationship according to the characteristics of the search result URL. The website analyzing and identifying method according to the present invention can ensure that a search result URL is correctly recommended to a user based on the corresponding relationship.
