Abstract:
A wire feeding apparatus and a welding device. A wire guide mechanism (100) of the wire feeding apparatus comprises a guide tube (110), a fixing part (120) and clamping parts (130, 140), and the guide tube (110) has a welding wire guide hole; the fixing part (120) is an elastic structural member, and has a fixing hole (121) so as to be provided on the guide tube (110) by means of the fixing hole (121); and the clamping parts (130, 140) and the fixing part (120) movably cooperate to squeeze the fixing part (120) so that the wall of the fixing hole (121) is fixedly attached to the guide tube (110). An adjustment mechanism (200) of the wire feeding apparatus comprises a rotating member (210), a matching member (220) and a fastening member (230). The rotating member (210) comprises a spherical protrusion. The feeding end of the guide tube (110) is installed on the rotating member (210). The matching member (220) has a connecting groove that is adapted to the spherical protrusion, and cooperation between the spherical protrusion and the connecting groove is spherical rotation cooperation. The fastening member (230) and the matching member (220) movably cooperate so as to position the rotating member (210) and the matching member (220). The wire feeding apparatus can be used to solve the problem in which the manner of using clamping jaws to fix a guide tube in current welding devices can affect the normal welding process. Moreover, the position of the feeding end of the guide tube is simple and convenient to adjust, and the adjustment accuracy is high.
