Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a welding system may be provided in order to mitigate welding defects caused by a welding mask, the welding system comprising: a welding mask that has an opening corresponding to a welding line and is provided above a welding target so as to surround a welding region and the welding line while the welding target is being welded; an image-capturing unit that captures images of the welding line after welding is completed and captures images of a region around the opening of the welding mask during pauses in welding; a focus adjustment unit that is coupled to the image-capturing unit and adjusts the image capture focus of the image-capturing unit when capturing images of the welding line and the welding mask; a mask raising/lowing unit that lowers the welding mask toward the welding target in order to perform welding and raises the welding mask away from the welding target after welding is completed; and a monitoring unit that monitors the welding state and the state of the welding mask on the basis of image capture information from the image-capturing unit.
