Abstract:
A wheel conveyor device used to convey articles. A frame (10) is constructed of two pieces of angle steel (10a, 10b), and the two are joined back-to-back at their long plate like sections and arranged such that the long plate-like sections joined back-to-back form a vertical wall (20) extending in the conveyance direction. Bolts (11) on each of which a wheel (12b) and a washer (13b) are fitted are inserted into through-holes formed at predetermined intervals in the vertical wall (20). After that, a washer (13a) and a wheel (12a) that are of the same kinds as the above are fitted on each of the bolts (11). Then a nut (14) is screwed on each bolt (11) to fix inner rings of the pair of the wheels (12a, 12b) to the frame (10) such that the rings clasp the vertical wall (20). Each of the wheels (12a, 12b) is constituted of two bearings, and their outer rings are rotatable on the bolt (11) as the center.
