Abstract:
Disclosed are a WiFi 6-based wireless router fault processing method and system. The method comprises: a router detects whether a preset fault repair button provided on the router receives a trigger operation; when a trigger operation is detected, pre-stored device information of a terminal device is searched for in the router, and a communication connection is established between the router and the terminal device according to the device information; fault detection information of the router is generated; the fault detection information is sent to the terminal device by means of a second communication mode; the terminal device sends the fault detection information to a server by means of a third communication mode; the server obtains a corresponding fault processing policy according to the fault detection information, and sends the fault processing policy to the terminal device; the terminal device sends the fault processing policy to the router by means of the second communication mode; and the router executes an operation corresponding to the fault processing policy.
