Abstract:
A wind-proof and sand-proof high speed railway vehicle comprises a vehicle body (1), a bogie (2), an equipment cabin (3), a pantograph and an overhead air conditioning unit (4). The connections between a skirt board (9) of, a bottom board (10) of, a framework (11) of the equipment cabin (3) and the vehicle body (1) are all hermetical connections. Outer surfaces of the vehicle body (1), the bogie (2), the equipment cabin (3) and the pantograph are all coated with wind-proof and sand-proof coating. A plurality of groups of jet devices (21) are mounted on the bogie (2). The jet devices (21) are connected with an air supply source (19) through an air supply pipeline (20) and used for jetting compressed air to a brake system and/or rails in front of wheels . By analyzing a series of problems of an existing motor train unit running in sandy and desert areas, systematically analyzing reasons for the problems, proposing an optimized improvement scheme, and optimizing and improving the overall sand-proof performance of each system of the motor train unit, the railway vehicle can meet the requirement of running in high-cold, high-temperature and windy and sandy environments.
