Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is, when a system disturbance occurs, to suppress frequency variation from the initial stage of the occurrence. When a system disturbance occurs, at the initial stage of the system disturbance, the output of each wind turbine is controlled so that the output frequency variation of the each wind turbine is suppressed, and, at the late stage of the system disturbance, the output of the each wind turbine is controlled so that a system frequency is suppressed.
