Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for designing a wind turbine rotor which is provided with a rotor head, a bearing provided on the rotor head, and a wind turbine blade attached to the bearing. Said wind turbine rotor design method involves: inputting wind turbine blade design data and operating environment data indicating the operating environment of the wind generator device that will be provided with the wind turbine rotor; calculating from the operating environment data and the design data the position of the center of mass of the wind turbine blade at each position along the length of the wind turbine blade in said operating environment; and calculating an evaluation value that depends on the integration result obtained by integrating, from the base to the tip of the wind turbine blade, the product of the calculated position of blade center of mass and the mass per unit length in each position along the length of the wind turbine blade.
