Abstract:
A wireless base station transmits first information indicating an allocation policy for determining system performance, and second information regarding an allocation bandwidth to be allocated to a wireless terminal in the case where the allocation policy is applied; receives, from each of a plurality of wireless terminals, third information regarding a connection base station candidate and a throughput in the case where a connection is made to the connection base station candidate; and controls, on the basis of the third information, a connection to the wireless terminal having the greatest throughput.
