A wireless charging method and corresponding device, applicable to wireless charging between a vehicle onboard charging device (2), which is provided with a user identification card, and a device manager (3) of a charging station service network, the method comprising: establishing a wireless link between a vehicle onboard charging device (2) and a wireless charging pile (4) of a charging station service network; sending a charging request carrying user identity information to the device manager (3) of the service network by means of the wireless charging pile (4); when the device manager (3) authenticates the user and determines that the vehicle onboard charging device (2) and the wireless charging pile (4) are compatible, a charging permission response is returned to the vehicle onboard charging device (2); then, the vehicle onboard charging device (2) and the wireless charging pile (4) negotiate charging parameters and complete charging. The present technical solution effectively increases wireless charging safety, decreases the incidence of accidents, prevents electricity theft and increases wireless charging management efficiency.
