[Problem] To enable stable communication even in an environment where noises are generated. [Solution] A wireless communication apparatus is provided with: a first means for determining a noise generation interval on the basis of a noise measuring result; and a second means for determining the size of a data transmission unit that can be transmitted within the noise generation interval, and constructing said data transmission unit of said size.
