Abstract:
This wireless communication device comprises: an antenna unit provided with a plurality of antenna units that transmit/receive n number of communication signals having different directivities; a multiplexer connected to the antenna unit; and n number of signal transmission/reception units which are provided in correspondence to n number of communication signals, and which are connected to the multiplexer, generate transmission signals, and demodulate reception signals. At the time of reception, the multiplexer sequentially samples n number of reception signals for the respective directivities by performing time division in a sampling cycle which is short compared to the symbol cycle of the n number of reception signals and switching the connection between the antenna unit and the n number of signal transmission/reception units. In the sampling cycle, the antenna unit sequentially receives the divided reception signals obtained by dividing the reception signals corresponding to the directivities. The signal transmission/reception units each individually demodulate the reception signal corresponding to the divided reception signals corresponding to the directivity of the signal transmission/reception unit, the divided reception signals being sequentially acquired at the timing of the connection to the multiplexer.
